What to expect?
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet or hands.
It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems and by applying pressure to these parts offers a range of health benefits.

Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.”
According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi.
This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness.
Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free.
Recent Testimonials
I have always put my family first, any stress I ever felt would always have to take a back seat. However after a year of lockdown and home schooling 3 children with a husband at home every day my stress levels were off the scale. Someone suggested I have reflexology and gave me Helens number. I now visit Helen every 2 weeks and she has is the force behind me being able to carry on as normal, she lowers my stress levels and energises me to make me feel invincible again.

I have was having difficulty in sleeping and was flitting between drinking coffee or not drinking coffee every day, listening to meditation music or drinking alcohol or not drinking alcohol and generally going round in circles whilst still not having a good night’s sleep. I started having reflexology with Helen and I can honestly say that after just one or two sessions my body was able to fall asleep naturally and I started to become myself again. My general wellbeing has improved tremendously since seeing Helen and I have recommended Helen to all of my friends.

I have had reflexology for the past 6 years because of an illness as it has helped me cope. I started seeing Helen around 6 months ago as my previous reflexologist retired and moved away. Helen is so warm, caring, thoughtful and friendly that the transition to a new reflexologist has been very easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Helen to anyone.
